Imani Brooks writes and hosts Late Checkout, the guide to staying the night at the casinos of Toronto and the GTA. She is an illustrated character drawn for this site, not a photo of a real person.
What she does
The site exists because three of the five casinos of Toronto and the GTA have a hotel. Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto, Pickering Casino Resort and Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel each have a hotel. Casino Ajax and Elements Casino Mohawk have none, so their pages give the nearest casino with a hotel.
On each casino page, Imani Brooks holds up the key fact. She points readers to the tools, including the distance tool. She checks each hotel's rooms, rules and parking and each casino's hours on the venues' own pages. The operator's update page and official transit and provincial pages fill in the rest.
Independence
Late Checkout is an independent guide, not a casino, not a hotel and not a booking service. It takes no bets, sells no rooms and has no accounts. Paid links appear only on the home page, marked Ad, and all lead to the same online casino partner, which can change. The site earns a commission on them, and they apply to players physically located in Ontario. Casinos, hotels, transit agencies, OLG, the province and help services never pay this site.
